    Does NitroMax accept checks or money orders for payment?

    No, we are unable to accept payment via personal or commercial check. It is our experience that many organizations and individuals now prefer to pay with a credit card as it is the easiest method of payment. Many banks now offer to customers the ability to have debit cards, which act just like credit cards but the funds are immediately drawn out of your checking account. NitroMax does accept debit cards and well as credit cards, but we do not accept checks for payment of services.

    How long does it take to set-up my account if I pay by credit card?

    Our automated system will setup your account instantly! Once your account is set up an activation notice will be sent to you via e-mail including a username, password, and FTP hostname. You can begin uploading files to your new web site immediately thereafter. Users will also be given a temporary URL (IP address) to access their site via the web prior to the completion of either domain propagation or transfer.

    Does NitroMax provide SSL to ensure my confidentiality?

    NitroMax accepts orders online via our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This protocol is 128-bit PNP encryption that ensures your information will not be seen by third parties and is just as secure as your local ATM machine. Our SSL Certificate is issued by Go Daddy which is a reputable firm whose digital certificates are recognized by 99% of all browsers.

    Will I receive notification of my renewal?

    Yes - Our billing system will send you and email receipt when your account has renewed. Automated billing is done so that there is not any interruption in service regarding your website. Our system will notify you via email, using the email address you provide us at the time of your account setup, letting you know that your account has been renewed or whether there was a problem billing your credit card.

    What do I do if I wish to cancel my hosting service with NitroMax?

    If you wish to cancel your hosting and/or other services with NitroMax, you can do so in the client area of our Billing & Support system.

    Once you login to the client area located here, just click the My Services link at the top of the page and then click the icon next to the hosting account you want to cancel. On the screen that opens you will see a button that says Request Cancelation.

    Once you click that you will have the option of canceling immediately, meaning that your account will be automatically terminated by the system within 24 hours, or canceling at the end of your billing cycle. If you cancel after your contract has already renewed no refunds can be given.

    If you have any complaints about our service, please let us know. If possible, please state the reason you are leaving us, we will not try to convince you to stay, rather this information is valuable to us in improving the quality of our services.
